HV ULTRA

The HV ULTRA is a high-velocity, high-volume minipleat filter for critical AHU applications. Featuring micro glass fibre media and a V-type design, it delivers efficient particle capture in E11, H13, and H14 grades. Available in multiple frame options, it is individually tested to EN 1822 and IEST standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

Advantages

The HV ULTRA is purpose-built for high-flow critical applications where conventional filters fall short on airflow capacity. Its minipleat V-type geometry significantly increases effective media area within the 12″ box format, enabling high volume throughput while maintaining a low initial pressure drop of just 1″ Wg at rated airflow — reducing energy load on AHU systems. Hotmelt bead separators replace traditional corrugated separators to deliver a lighter, more compact pleat pack that resists deformation even under sustained high velocity conditions. Two-component polyurethane media frame bonding ensures a hermetic seal between the media pack and frame, eliminating bypass across all operating conditions. The continuous polyurethane or neoprene dovetail gasket on one or both faces provides a reliable perimeter seal against housing frames, critical for maintaining room classification integrity in pharmaceutical and semiconductor environments. The availability of plastic incinerable frames addresses the specialised disposal requirements of nuclear and biocontainment facilities, while the optional integrated handle supports safe, damage-free filter change-outs. With UL 900 classified media and individual unit testing to EN 1822 and IEST-RP-CC001.3, every filter shipped carries documented performance verification for regulatory and validation purposes.
