The APDS1 Mini Pleat Panel Filter is engineered for environments where air purity is non-negotiable. Its compact mini-pleat design maximises media surface area within a reduced depth, delivering low resistance with high filtration performance. The use of Hotmelt Bead separators and Two Component Polyurethane frame bonding ensures structural integrity under continuous operation. The optional Compressed Metal Mesh Face Guard (RAL 9010) protects media from physical damage, while the Continuous Polyurethane or Neoprene Dovetail gasket ensures a leak-proof seal on one or both sides. With wooden frame variants being fully incinerable, the filter also supports safe disposal protocols required in pharmaceutical and nuclear environments. Individually tested against EN 1822 and IEST-RP-CC001.3, every unit meets the most stringent global standards for critical filtration.
