CONDO PHARMA

The Condo Pharma is a ducted laminar flow terminal housing for critical cleanroom and pharmaceutical applications, designed for zero air bypass. Built with a fully welded metal housing, it supports H13, H14, and U15 filters with GelSeal or gasket options. The Condo Pharma is built to the most stringent no air-bypass construction standard for ducted laminar flow terminal modules — fully welded housing joints, seams, hanging tabs, and spigot connections, with every weld and penetration bubble tested to a zero leak criteria before the unit leaves the factory. This construction standard eliminates the possibility of unfiltered air bypassing the filter through housing leakage paths, which is the primary failure mode of bolted or unsealed terminal housing constructions in pharmaceutical and cleanroom validation environments. Filter installation and replacement is performed entirely from the room side by removing the diffuser, using quarter turn locks or quick clamping mechanisms with inbuilt gasket compression — removing the scheduling, contamination risk, and practical difficulty of above-ceiling filter change-out in active critical environments. The comprehensive range of optional features — volume control damper adjustable from room or ceiling side, pressure measurement and aerosol measurement port, aerosol injection port, aerosol dispersion system, mechanical rod damper control, DP switch filter replacement signalling, and pre-filter chamber — means the Condo Pharma can be configured to support the full suite of in-situ filter testing, airflow balancing, and performance monitoring activities required by pharmaceutical GMP qualification and cleanroom certification protocols, all accessible from the room side. The availability of perforated, swirl, adjustable vane, and 4-way diffusers in removable flush or hinged configurations ensures the correct room air distribution pattern is achieved for each application. RAL or epoxy corrosion-resistant finish across galvanised steel, mild steel, or stainless steel housing materials maintains hygienic surface integrity in pharmaceutical and high-humidity environments. Compatibility with both seamless PU gasket type and GelSeal type filters in H13, H14, and U15 grades completes a terminal module specification that addresses every aspect of critical environment laminar flow terminal filtration from supply to long-term validated operation.
