Built with an aluminium housing, it supports H13, H14, and U15 filters with GelSeal or gasket options. The Termi Condo is engineered around the single most operationally significant requirement in terminal filtration for hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, and cleanrooms — the ability to inspect, test, and replace the filter entirely from the room side, without requiring above-ceiling access. This eliminates the scheduling conflicts, ceiling disruption, and potential contamination risk associated with above-ceiling filter change-out in active critical environments, allowing filter maintenance to be performed during normal operations or with minimal downtime. The room-side accessible test port at the filter central partition extends this advantage to in-situ pressure drop monitoring, enabling the filter’s remaining service life to be assessed without any ceiling intervention whatsoever. The screw-adjustable perforated aluminium air distribution plate at the plenum inlet collar ensures that airflow is uniformly distributed across the full filter face regardless of duct connection geometry or system airflow variations — a critical factor in achieving the consistent laminar flow profile required for clean zone compliance. Compatibility with both GelSeal and gasket type filters in H13, H14, and U15 grades, combined with two-component polyurethane media-to-frame sealing and hotmelt bead separators, means the module can be configured to match the exact sealing system and efficiency grade required by the room classification. Built-in 10 mm Ø seismic suspension holes integrate structural safety directly into the housing without additional brackets or hardware. The optional perforated stainless steel or powder coated G.I. diffuser with hemmed edges completes a terminal module that is ready to install from supply — fully leak tested, fully configured, and fully suited to the validation requirements of pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and healthcare critical environments.
