Advantages

The Mega Polipak Filter delivers medium-to-fine particulate filtration across four efficiency grades — M5/MERV 10 through F8/MERV 14 — within a single extended surface pocket filter product family, giving system designers a consistent platform for AHU filter bank specification without sourcing across multiple product ranges. Its high-density polypropylene media provides a robust filtration matrix that captures fine particulate reliably across the full depth of each pocket, distributing the dust load throughout the media and maximising dust holding capacity relative to airflow resistance. The multi-pocket extended surface configuration delivers the high effective filtration area characteristic of bag filter designs, supporting extended service intervals before the recommended final pressure drop of 1.20″ Wg is reached and providing a clearly defined maximum pressure drop limit of 1.80″ Wg for system protection and maintenance planning. Polypropylene media is inherently resistant to moisture, maintaining both filtration efficiency and pocket structural integrity at 100% relative humidity — a condition that degrades glass fibre bag filters through fibre migration and media compaction. The range of frame materials — G.I., stainless steel, aluminium, and polystyrene with 20 or 25 mm header options — ensures the Mega Polipak can be integrated directly into the full range of standard AHU side and front access housing configurations. UL 900 classified flammability and simultaneous compliance with ISO 16890, EN 779: 2012, and ASHRAE 52.2: 2017 across all four efficiency grades complete a product specification suited to the demanding filtration requirements of pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, and critical industrial environments.
