SUPER PA ROLLS

Super Rolls is designed to deliver reliable, long-service coarse pre-filtration in the most flexible supply format — rolls and pads — to accommodate the full range of HVAC air intake system configurations from automatic roll-feed housings to manually replaced pad frames. The high lofted non-woven polyester construction creates a three-dimensional fibre matrix with progressive density, capturing particulate throughout the full media depth rather than at the surface alone. This distributes the collected dust load evenly across the media thickness, maximising dust holding capacity relative to airflow resistance and extending the interval between cleaning or replacement cycles before the recommended final pressure drop of 1″ Wg is reached. The 100% synthetic polyester composition absorbs no moisture, ensuring the media retains its loft, geometry, and efficiency at 100% relative humidity — a condition that causes natural fibre and cellulose-based media to compact, lose efficiency, and structurally degrade. At up to 80°C continuous operating temperature, the media is suitable for warm air intake environments without risk of fibre softening or bonding failure. The dual flammability certification — DIN 53438-F1 and UL 900 — provides compliance with both European and North American fire safety codes from a single product, simplifying specification for international projects. Three efficiency grades spanning G2/MERV 4 to G4/MERV 8 allow the Super Rolls media to be matched precisely to the protection requirement of the downstream filter bank, avoiding over-specification that increases pressure drop unnecessarily or under-specification that allows excess particulate to pass.
