SUPER NET

The Super Net is a washable metal pre-filter for capturing very coarse particles, oil, and grease in air handling systems. Built with multi-layer wire mesh and metal frames, it is durable, reusable, and heat-resistant up to 200°C. Rated ISO Coarse 30 (G2 / MERV 4), it performs reliably in high humidity and demanding conditions.

The Super Net is engineered for the heaviest duty pre-filtration conditions — coarse chip arrestance, oil mist capture, and grease filtration — where synthetic or glass fibre media would rapidly saturate, degrade, or fail entirely. Its multiple layers of pleated metal wire mesh provide a robust, cleanable filtration matrix that can be washed and returned to service repeatedly without loss of structural integrity or filtration performance, making it the most cost-effective long-term solution for high-contamination intake applications. The graduated layering of the wire mesh across the filter depth allows progressive particle capture, distributing the dust and contaminant load across the media rather than surface-loading the upstream face, which extends the cleaning interval and maintains a low pressure drop — with a recommended final pressure drop of just 1″ Wg. Expanded metal support on both faces of the media prevents pleat deformation and blow-through under high velocity conditions or system pressure surges, preserving consistent airflow resistance across the service life of the filter. With a continuous operating temperature rating of 200°C and tolerance for 100% relative humidity, the Super Net operates reliably in wet, humid, high-temperature, and oil-laden airstreams where no non-metallic pre-filter alternative is viable. Frame and media material choices across G.I., stainless steel, and aluminium allow the correct corrosion resistance and weight specification to be matched to the installation environment. UL 900 certified flammability and compatibility with side and front access housings ensure straightforward regulatory compliance and integration into existing AHU and air intake infrastructure.
