SUPER WASH FILTER

The Super Wash Filter is a washable, reusable polyester pre-filter for AHU and HVAC systems. Built with multi-layer synthetic media and metal mesh support, it comes in durable metal frames. Rated from ISO Coarse 50–65% (G2–G4 / MERV 4–8), it handles high humidity and temperatures up to 100°C, offering reliable and long-lasting coarse filtration.

The Super Wash Filter is designed around the core advantage of reusability — its high-density multi-layer polyester media retains its filtration performance across repeated cleaning cycles, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership compared to disposable pre-filter alternatives. The 100% synthetic polyester construction absorbs no moisture, meaning the filter maintains its shape, pleat geometry, and efficiency rating even at 100% relative humidity — a condition that causes fibre migration and frame distortion in non-synthetic or cardboard-framed alternatives. PVC coated steel mesh support on both sides of the media ensures the pleated structure remains intact under high velocity airflow and system pressure surges, preventing the media collapse that leads to bypass and downstream contamination. The all-metal frame — available in G.I., stainless steel, or aluminium — provides long-term dimensional stability across the full operating temperature range of up to 100°C, making the filter suitable for industrial process air applications beyond the capability of standard pre-filters. Three available efficiency grades (G2/MERV 4 through G4/MERV 8) allow the correct level of coarse filtration protection to be matched to the downstream filter stage and application requirements, while compliance with ISO 16890, EN 779: 2012, and ASHRAE 52.2: 2017 simultaneously ensures the filter meets the specification requirements of any project standard. UL 900 classified media and compatibility with side and front access housings complete a product engineered for straightforward integration, low maintenance burden, and reliable long-term performance in AHU and HVAC pre-filtration duty.
