The SF ULTRA is a compact, high-efficiency HEPA filter designed for clean rooms and critical environments. Built with micro glass fibre media and aluminium separators, it comes in multiple frame options. Individually tested to EN 1822 and IEST standards, it delivers certified performance in E12, H13, and H14 grades.

Advantages

The SF ULTRA is engineered for environments where filtration failure is not an option. Its aluminium separator construction maintains consistent pleat spacing across the full depth of the filter, preventing media migration and ensuring uniform airflow distribution at all operating conditions. The use of ultrafine micro glass fibre paper media delivers particle capture down to sub-micron levels, making it equally effective against biological contaminants, fine chemical particulate, and semiconductor process byproducts. A low initial pressure drop of 1″ Wg at rated airflow reduces energy consumption over the filter’s service life, while the recommended final pressure drop of 2″ Wg provides a reliable change-out indicator that protects downstream systems. The continuous polyurethane or neoprene dovetail gasket on one or both sides creates a reliable face seal that eliminates peripheral bypass — critical in pharmaceutical, nuclear, and semiconductor installations. Optional expanded metal face guards protect the fragile media from physical damage during installation and routine maintenance without restricting airflow. With side and front access housing compatibility and standard or custom sizing available upon request, the filter integrates seamlessly into both new-build and retrofit clean room designs.
